Was told that I'm going to be cancelled bc I will not reach out to get and provide other people's license numbers so they can be added to my policy even though they do not live in my home or drive my vehicle. Did send proof of these people not living in my home. I cannot control if people outside of my home don't update their license or if Public transportation is cheaper so they don't have their own vehicle and insurance- I should only be liable for my household and my vehicle. Paige is my go-to person whenever I have any questions or concerns whether its billing related or claim related she is the one. She always gets backs to me right away and always has answers. I wanted to proceed with contending the decision to drop me because a claim was misreported. They wanted nothing to do with it. I have been in the business for a long time and know how this works and they just stopped responding and gave up. They Told me to contact corporate and just left me to figure it out.
